Our Indian ranges use high-pressure 70,200 Btu/hr T35 burners on a 1.5 mm stainless steel top with a 150 mm splash and drip trays. Continental ranges pair high-pressure T35 and low-pressure G9 burners for searing and simmering side by side.
Chinese ranges come with a 450 mm splash, swing-arm faucet and GN pans; biryani ranges use a 36,000 Btu/hr 3-ring burner for large handis. Each comes with an under shelf or cross support, and can be built to your line.

Which burner range suits an Indian kitchen?
Most Indian lines use two or three burner high-pressure ranges, with a stock pot range for gravies and a biryani range for handi cooking. We plan the mix with your chef; how we plan a kitchen.
Do you make Chinese (wok) ranges?
Yes: 1+1 and 2+1 Chinese ranges with a 450 mm splash, swing-arm faucet, GN pans and a basket holder.
Can you install the gas line too?
